WARRANTY AND SPARE PARTS

Guaranteed durability

Spare Parts Service

A timeless aesthetic design and high quality ensure that KEUCO products are still up-to-date tomorrow. KEUCO offers comprehensive spare parts management for this purpose.

Manufacturer warranty

In order to be able to offer customers special customer service beyond the seller’s statutory warranty, KEUCO assumes a voluntary 3-year manufacturer’s warranty for the products.
The manufacturer’s warranty starts two years and ends five years after the purchase of the product (warranty period).
Within this manufacturer’s warranty period, proven product defects will be remedied free of charge, either by repair, replacement of parts or replacement delivery of the product. No further warranty services are provided.

The range of topics ranges from current bathroom interior design trends to effective communication, from detailed bathroom planning to professional presentation, from innovative technology and extensive material knowledge to intensive consulting training. KEUCO seminars and KEUCO online seminars offer useful knowledge for everyday work. An individual concept can also be planned and designed exclusively according to your own wishes.
