Excellent service at KEUCO
KEUCO is pleased to receive the PLUS X AWARD “Germany’s highest customer satisfaction 2024” in the bathroom equipment category. This important award is based on a Germany-wide survey conducted by the German Institute for Product and Market Evaluation.

In times of digital transformation, customer advice is often lacking, and both products and after-sales service often fail to meet consumer expectations. In order to find out which brands in Germany have truly satisfied customers, the PLUS X AWARD carries out an annual survey, which it commissions exclusively from the German Institute for Product and Market Evaluation.
From May to June 2024, men and women aged 20 to 65 from all German federal states were able to indicate which brands they were particularly satisfied with in 62 different categories. In this way, companies are identified that, from the consumer’s point of view, keep their promises of offering high-quality products and good service. These brands deserve the award for highest customer satisfaction.
The PLUS X AWARD “Highest Customer Satisfaction 2024” is a special recognition for KEUCO employees. Customer satisfaction is paramount for KEUCO and motivates the team to consistently pursue this path in order to continue to offer excellent products and first-class service.
